The first meter, and all residential meters, will be $18.00 minimum per month for the first 1,000.

The second meter of a consumer may be a pasture meter. If serving a pasture, or a house that is not being lived in. A PASTURE TAP MUST HAVE PRIOR APPROVAL BY THE BOARD OF THE DISTRICT. A pasture tap is $13.00 minimum per month for 1,000 gallons. A pasture tap is read off the regular rate chart finding the gallons, and the dollars, subtracting $5.00 from the amount listed. Commercial meter rates are set by the Board of Directors.

Bill is payable from the 1st to the 15th of the month.
ADD 10% AFTER THE 15TH OF THE MONTH.
Penalties apply after the 15th of the month. Should meter be turned off due to delinquencies in payement. Customers will be charged the meter rate of $650.00 plus any past due balances and/or fees. Customer must show good faith in order for the meter be reconnected.

There is a minimun on all meters each month regardless of water usage. Household minimum is $18.00, Pasture minimum is $13.00.

If the meter readings show a usage of 37,480 gallons, gallons are rounded up or down.
